Our Story

“Life is too short to spend another day at war with yourself.” – Ritu Ghatoorey

Peachy Nutrition was created to provide a safe space for people to heal their relationship with food and their bodies. We believe recovery is not just about what’s on your plate — it’s about finding peace, laughter, and resilience in a world filled with diet culture.

Our Approach and Philosophy

At Peachy Nutrition, we provide evidence-based, weight-inclusive care rooted in the Health At Every Size® (HAES) framework.

Our approach is tailored to each client, supporting people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities in navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, chronic dieting, and other nutrition needs.

We integrate nutrition therapy, education, and practical strategies with principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and DBT skills. Experiential techniques and intuitive eating support help clients reconnect with their bodies and develop a healthier relationship with food.

Recovery at Peachy is collaborative and compassionate. We work alongside each client to create realistic, values-aligned goals, fostering balance, body trust, and lasting well-being. Every step of the process is guided by respect, inclusivity, and a commitment to evidence-based care.

Kind Words from our clients

"Alex is the BEST and I look forward to our sessions. Unlike prior providers and practices, I’ve always been treated as an individual at Peachy Nutrition. Alex takes so much time and works incredibly hard to make sure I’m getting what I need out of our time together. I’ve never felt pushed into a plan that wasn’t right for me. Alex sees me as a person, not just another client. Be prepared to be pushed to be your best, but in the most kind & compassionate way possible. I could not recommend anyone more. If she has an opening, take it before it’s gone. You won’t regret it."

"I’ve never felt as seen, heard, and validated by a provider as much as I do at Peachy."

"I am constantly learning new things about nutrition and how food interacts with my body in our sessions. The greatest benefit to sessions with her is that I'm having fun incorporating my new food knowledge into meal time. I very strongly recommend booking a session if you are curious about nutrition!"

"I have had such a great experience with Jessica! I feel like she meets me where I am and finds solutions that work with my food preferences and routine."

"I am a therapist, and I absolutely love collaborating with Olivia Shipp on shared eating disorder clients."

"I am SO thankful I connected with Grace from Peachy Nutrition. She knows what she is doing."

"She is a great listener, compassionate, and provides me with a variety of resources and tools that allow me to address my nutrition in a way that feels GOOD. I feel very supported by her in my individual needs. I highly recommend Grace and Peachy Nutrition to anyone looking for a dietitian, and/or body image/nutritional support."

"I have been working with Jessica for almost a year. I feel she has helped me reach my personal goals."

"I have worked with other dietitians in the past and unable to reach my goals. There is no judgement from staff which I love the most."
